Brian Kruger

Brian Kruger is a Grosse Pointe, Michigan-based filmmaker, entrepreneur, and digital marketing strategist whose career has spanned education, comedy, software, and documentary production. He began as a middle and high school teacher in the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor school districts in the 1980s, later serving as an adjunct professor at Jackson College.

During those years, Kruger also toured nationally as a stand-up comedian with the Ypsilanti-based comedy group Stunt Johnson Theater, sharing stages with legends like the Smothers Brothers and Tim Allen.

In 1998 he moved to Grosse Pointe and, in 2002, founded WoodWing USA, building it into a leading publishing-software company before stepping away from the business in 2009 to pursue his growing interests in motion picture production.

That move launched his current chapter: founding Stunt3 Multimedia, a Detroit-based production company behind nine feature-length historical documentaries, two Emmy-nominated, as well as popular podcasts including The Common Bridge, Cyber Survivor, Life Excellence with Brian Bartes, and The Greenfield Report, reaching millions of downloads worldwide.

Kruger also founded the Stunt3 Charitable Foundation, providing educational documentary resources to schools and communities nationwide (Stunt3 Charitable Foundation), and consults on digital marketing and strategic planning, helping clients integrate content, SEO, podcasting, and video into cohesive growth campaigns.
